Terms of Use
About this site
generosomm.dev is the personal portfolio of Merwin Generoso. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Content
The text, code samples, designs, videos and images on this site are my work unless stated otherwise, and remain my property or that of their respective owners. You may view and share links to them. Please don't copy or republish them as your own without permission.
TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook are trademarks of their respective owners. This site is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Statistics shown on the site
View, follower and post counts come from my own accounts through each platform's official API, refreshed periodically, so they can be delayed. Where a platform's API does not cover an account's full history, the site uses totals documented in my analytics screenshots and says so. Every figure is shown with how it was counted. The numbers are provided as-is, for information only.
Visitor notes
You can leave a short note on the site. By sending one, you agree that it may be shown publicly here, with the name and "who you are" you entered, once I approve it. Please keep notes honest and respectful: no links, advertising, personal information about other people, or anything abusive. I read every note before it appears and may decline or remove any note at any time, but I never change your words. Notes are the opinions of the people who wrote them, not mine.
Visit counter
The visit count in the footer counts each visitor at most once per day, from the day the counter was switched on. It is shown as-is, for information only.
Links to other sites
The site links to other websites and platforms. I'm not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms and privacy policies apply.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for any loss arising from its use.
Privacy
How the site handles data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes and contact
I may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions? Email generosomerwin10@gmail.com.
